This is engineered with translucent covers using polycarbonate for the added sustainability advantage of natural daylighting. The main features of this roof hatch is its double-leaf design, multi-wall light transmission, an optional winch or linear actuator, optional dome, and is UL listed. You have the option to choose between an 11 gauge aluminum or 11 gauge galvanneal steel material. The cover is an extruded aluminum with 5/8 inch structural multi-wall white polycarbonate. It can withstand a live load of 40psf.
