Galvanized Steel Single Door SafeMax - Smoke Vent, Rooftop Close - Babcock Davis is engineered with metal covers, prioritizes affordability and reliability, and UL793 listed performance product. Its design considered the total vent area required by the application and code and roof structural support system. It incorporates extruded EPDM adhesive-backed gasket for a watertight seal, zinc-plated steel rotary latch, and heavy-duty pintle hinge. This smoke vent features a greater effective vent area with an option louvered curb and is ideal for storage/warehouse and factory use with a five-year warranty.
