It features a greater effective vent area with an optional louvered curb. It is engineered with an aluminum cover to withstand a 40psf live load. It incorporates extruded EPDM adhesive-backed gasket for a watertight seal, zinc-plated steel rotary latch, and heavy-duty pintle hinge. It is perfect for warehouse or storage and factory use with a five-year warranty.
