Personnel II Roof Hatch BABCOCK DAVIS is an OSHA compliance Roof Hatch; It features an EPDM extruded adhesive-backed gasket seal and zinc plated slam latch for corrosion and weather resistance. It incorporates smooth gas springs, and a heavy-duty pintle hinge with stainless steel hinge pin ensures easy access in all commercial or residential spaces and includes a five-year warranty.
