In Stock Product:

All In Stock products are subject to cancellation within 12 hours from the time the order is placed. If your order has shipped out and you wish to cancel, Freight costs will not be refunded, and the restocking fee 35% or more will be deducted from your total refund amount. In Stock products that are shipped from Canada to U.S. are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customized Product

Customized products are final sales, non-refundable, non-cancellable, and refused delivery is not applicable. In the event of a refused delivery or return is initiated, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer and the product will not be refunded.

If your custom product(s) are still in production at the time of cancellation, you may be charged a cancellation fee depending on how far along the Production Team is in completing your order. There can be up to a 100% cancellation fee.

Note :

Damage or Defective, Both claims must be supplied with photos of both the damaged item(s) and its original packaging or videos explaining the manufacturing defect(s) of the product(s) you ordered. The original packaging includes the inside and outside of the box or crate(s).

This will be coordinated with our warehouse and technical team and our Customer Service team will assist you with the next steps.

If there is any damage to the packaging when the item arrives, please note this on the waybill BEFORE you sign for it. Please call at: 1-888-915-3834 or send an email to help@bestaccessdoors.com within 5 business days of receipt to report the incident and do not discard the damaged item or its packaging.

A signed delivery receipt without notation of the damage observed to the packaging may forfeit your right to file for a damage claim.

Best Access Doors reserves the right to replace or repair said damaged product(s) at our discretion. Filing for a damage claim does not necessarily mean a refund or replacement will be issued.

Failure to report defects within 7 days of receipt may forfeit your right to a refund or replacement.

1. All returns are valid for items that are listed "in stock", within 30 days of purchase date and are subject to a restocking fee of 35%

3. Return must include an RMA # on your return shipment which will be provided to you by our team after your return request has been approved. You will receive detailed instructions by email to help you return your item successfully.
