The 30" x 36" Electric Vented Flat Roof Deck-Mounted Skylight DEF - Triple Glazed is easy to install in any commercial building. The heat transmittance coefficient for the entire skylight with triple glaze (DU6) is U=0.70 W/m2K* (according to EN 14351-1), and the heat transmittance coefficient for the whole skylight is U=0.64 W/m2K** (to EN 14351-1).   

  

Also, the DEF flat roof window has double-chamber DU6 glazing tested to keep out noise when it rains. Because of its high level of sound resistance, the skylight is an ideal choice for noise reduction.
