36" x 30" Galvanized Steel Security Roof Hatch
Facilities such as jails, banks, hospitals, and water treatment facilities need to stay secure at all times. One way of ensuring a secure building is by installing Babcock-Davis’ Security Roof Hatch. This type of roof hatch is constructed with heavy-duty materials. It also features security grade materials, an optional view port and locks, and comes in a powder coat steel or aluminum finish. It’s a BRHS model and can be purchased with a 3/16” galvanneal steel or a ¼” aluminum. And it has an extruded EPDM adhesive black gasket seal, continuous around the cover for an efficient watertight seal.
