36" x 30" Galvanized Steel Single Door SafeMAX™ Smoke Vent, Rooftop Close
The Single Door SafeMAX Smoke Vent prioritizes reliability and affordability for factory and storage/warehouse buildings. It provides a greater effective vent area that complies with the building safety code. For security, it has a zinc-plated steel rotary latch that holds covers against 30psf and uses aluminum and steel materials. It also opens automatically with a fusible link at a standard temperature of 165°F for additional safety. This hatch is weatherproof and also helps in avoiding leakages. It has 1-inch polyiso R-6 insulation in cover and around the curb along with an extruded EPDM adhesive-backed gasket seal. We also offer various sizes of this roof hatch for any building requirement.
