36" x 36" Aluminum ThermalMAX Roof Hatch
To ensure the inside of industrial buildings are kept cool, they need the ThermalMAX Roof Hatch installed. It’s designed with a thermal break to keep cool-to-cool and hot-to-hot and boasts an R-20 insulation rating, making it the most energy efficient hatch as of today. The material of this roof hatch is an 11 gauge Aluminum and comes in a mill finish. The curb is a single wall with a railing ready EZ tab counter flash and mounting flange. It also comes with a gas spring with an integrated damper for smooth, controlled lift assistance and a heavy-duty pintle hinge with a stainless steel hinge pin.
