48" x 48" Aluminum Hurricane Hatch
The Hurricane Hatch consists of high-quality aluminum and steel materials to withstand extreme weather conditions in an area. It also has a stiff formed metal cover that can hold up to 40psf of live load. This product only deflects with a maximum of 1/150 of the span, which proves its durability against strong wind, rain, or snow. For its insulation, it uses 1-inch polystyrene and extruded EPDM adhesive gasket seal for weatherproofing your roof. This hatch is very convenient and safe to use with its compression spring operators. It also uses zinc plated steel latch tested to 140psf wind uplift.
