60" x 72" Stainless Steel Equipment Roof Hatch, Double Leaf
Install our Double Leaf Equipment Roof Hatch to provide convenient access for large equipment through roofs. It is easy to use with only a single hand as it has compression spring operators. It also has a zinc-plated steel automatic hold open arm that locks the cover in an open position for safe egress. It is durable and uses a formed aluminum metal cover that can withstand a live load of 40psf. Moreover, this hatch is weatherproof as it has a maximum deflection of 1/150 the span. It uses 1" polystyrene insulation with an EPDM gasket seal and comes in various sizes.
