30" x 54" Ship Stair Access Roof Hatch Railing System - Bilco
BestRoofHatches offers our Type RL2-NB Ship Stair Access Roof Hatch Safety Railing System to avoid penetration of the membrane for an existing roof hatch curb counterflashing. This safety railing system is ideal in areas where frequent use may be expected, specifically for maintenance personnel, tools, and equipment.
The Type RL2-NB has a standard size of 2’-6” x 4’-6” frame opening. Other product features include 1¼” schedule 40 pipes in 6061 T6 aluminum alloy rails, and aluminum post supports. It also comes with a self-closing gate with a cast aluminum gate latch and stainless steel pin. For better security and safety, this assembly also includes corner brackets and stainless steel spring hinges.
It also comes in a powder coat paint finish and a high visibility safety yellow color. Ideal for new and retrofit applications, the Type RL2-NB is a perfect fixed roof hatch safety-railing system that prevents any person from falling over the roof.
