36" x 36" Aluminum SunLit Roof Hatch
Provide natural daylighting in your commercial or retail building by installing our SunLit Roof Hatch. It consists of a translucent UV coated dome cover with 1/8 inch clear polycarbonate. For durability, the material of this roof is 14 gauge steel and 11 gauge aluminum. It can also withstand any weather conditions with its 1-inch fibreglass insulation and Extruded EPDM adhesive gasket seal. The latch can hold up to 90psf wind uplift for lengths with palm slam or 2-point rotary latch. It is convenient and safe to use with an automatic hold-open arm that locks the cover in an open position.
