Aside from that, it also has a Double-skin construction (“in box type design”) with 1" cellulose insulation. Its continuous EPDM foam weather/draft seal gasket allows it to support up to 40lbs./sq. Ft. live load. Moreover, Aluminum Equipment Access Roof Hatch has 12" high insulated curb to keep it watertight at all times.

For easy installation, Aluminum Equipment Access Roof Hatch has pre-drilled mounting holes for its 1/8" thick aluminum with 1" thick fiberboard roof insulation at the curb exterior.
