Stainless Steel Equipment Roof Hatch, Double Leaf - Babcock Davis features 14 gauge Type 304 Stainless Steel and has a large opening to safely accommodate extensive equipment to access through roofs. It can withstand a live load of 40psf with a maximum deflection of 1/150 the span. It incorporates Zinc plated tamper-proof hinges, Zinc Plated latch, extruded EPDM adhesive-backed gasket for a watertight seal, and interior and exterior turn handle and padlock hasps with a five-year warranty.
