Galvanized Steel Personnel Roof Hatch - Babcock Davis is manufactured to give safe access to roof areas in the building and is sized for service stair, ladder, and ship stair access with optional safety grab bars, safety railing, and various materials and finishes. It is equipped with galvanized steel 14 gauge with extruded EPDM adhesive-backed gasket for a watertight seal and zinc-plated steel latch with padlock hasps. This roof hatch is easy to install and operate with a five-year warranty.
