With fiberboard insulation and a full gasket, this product has excellent weathertight performance and thermal efficiency. It is also convenient to use with torsion coil spring operators and hydraulic dampeners to cover opening speed and prevent over-travel.

For fire safety and protection, its latch has an efficient design with a fusible link that automatically opens when exposed to a temperature of 165 degrees. It also helps in releasing noxious smoke and deadly gases out of the building.
