With an electric actuator, you can easily open the hatch despite its heavy weight. You can also add an operating switch or remote control to operate this roof hatch. This model is suitable for AC 120V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz and comes with a battery back-up in case of a power outage.

To provide better protection, this product has double-skin construction with cellulose insulation and a continuous EPDM foam weather/draft seal gasket. This provides the access with a flush, tight fit, and support for a live load of 40lbs./sq. ft. Furthermore, you won’t have to worry about its installation thanks to its pre-drilled mounting holes and 12” high curb with 3.375" wide bottom flange. For additional security, the self locking feature of the electric actuator replaces the need for conventional locks in standard designs.
