It also comes with thick fibreboard insulation that promotes energy efficiency along with natural daylighting. This hatch is convenient to install and user-friendly with its Hydraulic dampeners that control cover opening speed and prevent over-travel.

For fire protection, it features UL-listed 360-degree fusible links that automatically lock the cover in an open position when exposed to high temperatures.
